About Koreatown
Koreatown (K-Town) sits between Hollywood and Downtown LA — a 10-minute Metro ride to either. It is dense, walkable by LA standards, and packed with Korean restaurants, bars, karaoke spots, and bakeries — many open past midnight. It is also the most cost-competitive neighborhood in central LA for hotels.
Koreatown is an ideal base: central location, excellent food at all price points, easy Metro connections, and enough late-night options to keep you busy after evening Olympic events.

Getting Around
Metro B Line (Red) and D Line (Purple) both serve the Wilshire/Vermont and Wilshire/Normandie stations. From Koreatown: 15 min to Downtown, 25 min to Hollywood, 40 min to Universal City. Koreatown is also a reasonable Uber/Lyft hub for reaching SoFi Stadium or Inglewood.
