Entry Requirements

Brazilian citizens are not currently part of the US Visa Waiver Program and historically require a B-1/B-2 tourist visa to visit the United States. However, US-Brazil travel policy has been subject to negotiation. Verify current requirements at travel.state.gov and the US Embassy in Brazil before making any bookings.

⚠ Do not assume visa status — verify at travel.state.gov before booking non-refundable travel. Visa processing times can be 6–12+ months depending on embassy workload. Start early.
